We ship Monday through Friday excluding the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking for your parcel. We are unable to offer tracking details beyond that provided by the carrier and are unable to guarantee precise delivery dates. Please be aware that circumstances outside of our control with the selected carrier can cause delays.
As these are third party services, Mourènne cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier. Mourènne is also not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
We are unable to accommodate address changes, and we cannot re-route a parcel once it has shipped. Mourènne is not responsible for any missing parcels due to addresses incorrectly entered by the customer.
We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders with UPS Ground. Orders are expected to deliver within 4-6 business days.
We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Costs are calculated at checkout.
- UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days. No additional taxes to be paid at delivery.
- UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day. No additional taxes to be paid at delivery.
International orders are shipped via DHL. Orders are expected to deliver within 3-7 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and can be seen with the shipping cost at checkout.

As our made to order items are somewhat custom in nature, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Exchanges and refunds are only applicable if the items are deemed faulty by us and cannot be rectified.
Custom-made couture items, specifically tailored to your child or specifications, are non-refundable due to the unique nature of the production process.
In the event of a fault identified by us, we will take full responsibility for rectifying the issue at our expense. Alternatively, we may offer a partial refund for you to seek professional assistance from a local seamstress.
Rest assured, our meticulous quality checks minimize the possibility of any faulty items reaching our customers. We also maintain detailed pre-packaging photo records for additional quality assurance.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must comply with the following conditions: they should not have been tampered with, opened, or have any broken retail seals; they should be in their original packaging and pristine condition.
The refund covers the price paid for the items only and does not include any applicable duties, taxes, delivery charges or return delivery charges.
If any items are found to be faulty or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the items by emailing clientservices@mourènne.com. Include your order number and provide a detailed description of the faulty or misrepresented items along with photos.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days upon our receipt of the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
